6c. Sliced cucumber with peel
1c. sliced onion
2tsp. salt
1 3/4c. sugar
1c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pack cucumber and onion into a quart jar. Mix salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cucumbers. Ready in a few days.
