1 1/2 lb pot roast beef cut up in bite size pieces;
6 whole carrots(cut up or use bag of baby carrots; 1 large can tomatoes; 1 frozen box of peas; 2 Tbsp of tapioca; 2 slices fresh bread cubed, small whole potatoes(red) or canned, 1 can small onions; 2 oz re wine; 1/8 tsp crushed rosemary; 1/8 tsp crushed thyme;1/8 tsp majoram; salt and pepper
to taste
