1 1/2 pounds fillet of haddock
salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 teaspoons water
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/16 teaspoon ground black pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe fish with a damp cloth and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Soak mustard in water 10 minutes and add to mayonnaise along with next 4 ingredients. Spread on fish. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350) 25 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Garnish with paprika.
