1/2 c. wild rice
1 large onion chopped
1/2 lb. of bacon cooked and crumbled
2 cans of cream of potato soup
1 qt. of half and half
1 lb. of velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces for it to melt easier.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on pkg. In a large pan combine all ingredients. Cook over low/med stirring frequently until the cheese is melted
Serve with crusty bread.
