1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 can of yellow corn
1 can of kidney beans
2 cans of stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavored)
2 1/2 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Cook 20-30 min on med to high.
Serve in bowls topped with sour cream and accompany with corn chips.

This is a recipe my mom gave me for college. it's quick and simple, but very tasty. Make sure you have tums for the later evening though!
