6 oz. white chocolate, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 T. butter, softened
2 T. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully melt the white chocolate and cool slightly. Put cream cheese in a bowl and cream until smooth. Slowly add the white chocolate and beat on low speed until combined. Add the butter and lemon juice and beat until well blended and smooth. (I also like this recipe with crushed Oreo's in it.
