2 1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 C. margarine
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 egg
2-3 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. orange extract
12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugars. Add egg, extract and peel. Stir in dry ingredients. Add chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10 minutes - or until edges are just a light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes to cool before removing from sheet.
