2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple very well drained
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese with pineapple, green/red pepper, chopped onion, and seasoned salt. Do not use an electric beater. Mix well with spoon by hand. Form into a ball and roll or pat on chopped nuts. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with crackers or small breads.
