1/4 C. onion, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 C. ketchup
1/4 C. water
1/4 C. celery
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard or 1/4 tsp. dry
15 oz. kidney beans with juice
1 C. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and beef until browned. Drain. Add the rest except beans, tomato juice and chili powder and simmer 30 minutes. Then add the other 3 ingredients.
