4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or marg.
1 box (1 lb.) 10x confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsps vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and butter in small sauce pan,
place over low heat just til heated, Remove from heat Combine 10x sugar, milk and vanilla in medium size bowl, stir til smooth, add chocolate mixture. Set bowl in pan of ice water, beat with wooden spoon til frosting is thick enough to spread and hold its shape
another option is putting the bowl in the fridge and stirring occasionally til it reaches the desired thickness
