Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 store bought graham cracker pie crust (you can make your own, if you like)
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
Cool Whip, the more the better
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup milk plus 1 Tbsp
1 can of pumpkin pie filling, 15 or 16 ounces
2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding, the boxes that make four servings
You could also add a little cinnamon or nutmeg to the pumpkin layer to spice it up a little bit

Directions:
Directions:
The bottom layer is one tablespoon of sugar, four ounces of cream cheese, softened, one and a half cups of cool whip and one tablespoon milk. This is beaten together and fills the bottom of the pie crust. The top layer is one can of pumpkin pie filling along with one cup of milk and two boxes of instant vanilla pudding. Mix the milk and pudding together and then add the pumpkin pie filling. Layer on top of the cream cheese/cool whip layer. You can then top it with more Cool Whip, if you like.
