1 - 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 - 10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup 2 c. turkey broth 2 well beaten eggs 2 1/2 c. diced turkey 1/2 c. milk 2 T. chopped pimento
Toss stuffing mix with 1/2 can of soup, broth, and eggs. Spread mixture in 11 x 7 pan. Top with turkey. Combine the remaining 1/2 can of soup with milk and pimentos. Pour over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
