2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients like a pie crust and keep 1 cup out. Pour this mixture in 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.Then melt in a separate bowl 48 caramels with 3 tablespoons of milk. When softened, add 3 tablespoons of flour
Mix and pour on top of the base.

Then pour a 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips on top

Sprinkle the 1 cup of the base ingredients on top of the chocolate chips

Bake for 12 minutes at 350.
