1 c. water
3 c. flour
2 t. yeast
1 t.salt
3 T. sugar
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 T. butter
1 egg

1/2 jar of pizza sauce (or 8oz. can)
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 t. brown sugar
2 t. olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic (I use powder)
sweet basil to taste

Put crust ingredients in bread machine in order that your bread machine recommends. Make the dough according to your bread machine instructions. I let it rise for about 2 hours in the machine.
Combine the sauce ingredients and heat through. Heat oven to 425. To assemble: place 1/2 the dough in a stoneware pie plate and 1/2 the sauce on top with browned Italian sausage, green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over all and bake 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
