Crust:
1 c. water
3 c. flour
2 t. yeast
1 t.salt
3 T. sugar
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 T. butter
1 egg

Sauce:
1/2 jar of pizza sauce (or 8oz. can)
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 t. brown sugar
2 t. olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic (I use powder)
sweet basil to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put crust ingredients in bread machine in order that your bread machine recommends. Make the dough according to your bread machine instructions. I let it rise for about 2 hours in the machine.
Combine the sauce ingredients and heat through. Heat oven to 425. To assemble: place 1/2 the dough in a stoneware pie plate and 1/2 the sauce on top with browned Italian sausage, green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over all and bake 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
