Ingredients:
1 roll Rhodes frozen bread dough, defrosted in fridge
1 stick butter
Sugar
Cinnamon
Frosting:
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap 1 loaf of frozen bread dough in plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator until completely thawed. Take out of fridge and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes. When ready to roll out - preheat oven to 200 and turn off.
Roll out dough on a well-floured surface - not too thin! Brush with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough with fingers into a log and cut as big or small as you like. Place in a greased 8x8 baking pan, and cover with a towel. Place in warmed oven (with the heat off) until they rise - about 1-1 1/2 hours. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes until lightly golden.
While baking, beat butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and a couple tablespoons of milk and mix until frosting consistency. Frost rolls while warm.
