2 cups blueberries
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
grated rind of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups milk
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter or margarine until size of peas. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside. To bulk of flour mixture add rind, allspice, baking powder, salt. Whip yolks and milk and add to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold whites into batter. Pour batter into 9 by 13 by 2 inch lightly greased pan. Scatter blueberries over batter and then top with the remaining flour crumb mixture. Bake 350 for 50 minutes or until cake tester is removed clean.
