1 lb sirloin steak
1 lb lean group beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp red cayenne pepepr
4 tbsp oil
6 tbsp flour
6 cups boullion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Cube steak. Brown in skillet using small amount of oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Saute vegetables; add brown meat and seasonings to vegetables.
Make gravy: Heat oil; add flour; stir until very brown (not burned) Pour half of the boullion into the flour and stir until smooth. Pour remaining boullion over meat; bring to gentle boil. Add gravy and all remaining ingredients; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
