1 large bunch broccoli, washed and cut into florets
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. red onion, chopped (if desired)
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. sunflower seeds (I usually use salted)
3 T. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together broccoli, raisins, onion (if desired), bacon, and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, mayo, and vinegar. Refrigerate everything. Just before serving, pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
