1 c. butter, melted and cooled
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. molasses
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Beat first four ingredients until very creamy. Combine flour, salt, soda and ginger. Add to sugar mixture, stirring until incorporated. Bake for 20 min., rotating pans once.
