1 c. butter, melted and cooled
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Beat first three ingredients until very creamy. Combine flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda. Add to sugar mixture, stirring until blended. Mix together the 2 tbsp. of sugar and the cinnamon. Scoop cookies and roll in sugar. Bake for 20 min., rotating pans once.
