2 pkgs of broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
dried minced onions
2 beaten eggs
1 cup mayo
1 heaping cup cheese grated
mild cheddar
2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine all ingredients. Add cheese to the top. Put Ritz crackers on top of cheese. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter on top of crackers.
Cook 40 minutes
