Granny's Cookie Company Cookbook

2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. dark chips

Preheat oven to 300. Beat first five ingredients until very creamy. Combine cocoa, flour oatmeal, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture, stirring until blended. Add chips. Bake for 20 min., rotating pans once.
