1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:1/2 c. sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Scoop dough into balls and roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
