Flour
Lemon pepper, to taste
Seasoned salt, to taste
2-3 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
Olive oil
2 c. BBQ sauce
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
2-3 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, lemon pepper, and seasoned salt in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in flour mixture and coat evenly. Fry chicken in hot skillet in oil. Drain on paper towel and place in baking dish. Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and green onions. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes, until “candied”.
