1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 (16 oz. ) pkg ziti (or any pasta!), cooked
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (8 oz. ) container ricotta cheese
2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Add ziti, or other pasta, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce, and oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together. Spread in 2 8x8 inch baking dishes (or 1 9x13 inch baking dish). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts. (This freezes well, so you can have one for dinner tonight and freeze one for later, or give one to a friend or neighbor!)
