3 c. diced potato
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 1/2 qts. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1-10oz pkg frozen California style vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2-10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, celery, onions, water and bouillon cubes in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Add California style vegetables. Return to a boil and cook 10 minutes more. Stir in Velveeta and chicken soup. Cook until cheese melted. Stir often.
