1 C. butter
1/2 C. powdered sugar
pinch of salt
2 C. flour


4 eggs
2 C. sugar
6 T. flour
6 T. lemon juice
lemon - grate rind

1. Cut in as pastry: butter, powdered sugar, salt, flour. Pat in 8x13 pan. Bake 350 20 min.

2. Mix with hand beater: eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and grated rind of lemon. Spread on top of other mixture. Bake 350 25 min.

3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Cut into bars and serve.
