Place 4 C water in large roasging pan. Add a 20 lb. turkey and bake until done. Lift turkey out of pan. Add 6 C of watter to drippings along with 4 pkg. mushroom gravy mix and 6 pkg. of chicken gravy mix. Debone and shred turkey and place in thickened gravy mix.
I make ahead of time and freeze in foil pans. Thaw when ready to use and place in crockpot.
