Fresh Veggies:
Tomato
Peppers
Broccoli
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Others
Prepare these first: Cut into edible pieces, mix together and set aside
Linguini or some other pasta of choicePrepare as directed.
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Large Onion
Olive Oil
Saute until garlic and onion is tender.
1 Cup Chicken Broth Add chicken Broth to onion mixture. Place prepared pasta in large bowl and toss with onion mixture and a variety of fresh veggies.
Grated Parmesan or Grated ProvoloneSprinkle on top for garnish
