2 Cups Butter
2 Cups White Sugar
2 Cups Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
4 1/2 Cups Quick Oatmeal (*Blended)
24 Oz. Chocolate Chips
3 Cups Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
1 8 Oz. Hershey Bar (Grated)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, with a mixer, cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and mix well.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. *Blend the Oatmeal in a blender until half flour like/half oatmeal like! Add this to flour mixture, then slowly (low speed) add to creamed mixture until completely blended
Add all of these ingredients at once and mix into dough until well mixed.
Drop by Teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Tips: Use a large bowl as this makes a lot of dough. If you donít bake it all, freeze the leftover dough, it freezes well. Itís great to have fresh cookies at any time! Cookies themselves get hard and dry after about 2 days, so plan to have them eaten quickly, they donít store well once baked.

Personal Notes:
These are the best chocolate chip cookies, kind of hard to make but worth it. They only keep a few days and then they get hard...so give them to everyone!! They will love you for it!
