1/3 c. prepared Chinese mustard
1/3 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey until smooth. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour for the flavors to blend. The sauce can be prepared up to 3 days ahead, covered and refrigerated. Serve at room temperature.
