1 c. sugar 1 stick oleo 1 c milk 1 tsp salt 4 3/4 flour 2 eggs 1/4 c water 2 yeast cakes
Scald milk and add sugar, oleo and salt. Cool and add eggs. Soak yeast in 1/4 cup water. When milk is cool, add yeast, water and flour gradually. Mix well and knead. Let rise once and make rolls. Let rice again. Makes 2-3 dozen rolls.
