1 pound can red salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons mined fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine with cream cheese and seasonings. Mix well. Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley. Shape salmon log and roll in nut mixture. Chill. Serve with crackers.
