2-3 lbs round steak
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion
2 Cans cream mushroom soup
1 T. worsteshire
2-3 T. ketchup
salt
pepper
garlic salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 C. red wine ( white may be substituted)

Directions:
Directions:
slice steak into strips, place in a crock pot, saute butter, onions and mushrooms, add to crock pot add the other ingredients. Stir and cook on low for 6- 8 hours.

Stir in sour cream last 5 - 10 min.
Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.

*If it seems thin, you can thicken with a flour & water mixture.
