2 C. chopped chicken or turkey
1 C. chopped green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 - 8 oz. jar salsa divided
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
3/4 lb velveeta cheese - cubed
1/4 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir chicken, peppers, cream cheese & 1/2 c. salsa in saucepan on low heat until cram cheese melts.
2. Spoon 1/3 C. mixture down center of each tortilla: roll up, place seam-side down, in a lightly greased 12 x 8 baking dish.
3. Stir process cheese spread and milk in sauce pan on low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas/ cover with foil.
4. Bake 350 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining salsa over tortilla.
Serve warm!
