2 1/2 c flour 3/4 t salt 3/4 c Crisco 7 T ice water
Sift together flour and salt; place into bowl and add Crisco. Blend together until mixture looks like cornmeal. Add iced water and mix gently with a fork (don't stir). Put into wax paper and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
Makes: enough for one -2 crust pie or two single pies.
