2 cups boiling water (use part of drained juice)
1 large package frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in the water/juice mixture (boiling). Add still frozen strawberries and mix. Put half of mixture in lightly oiled ring mold or bowl, let set in refrigerator. Spread sour cream over mold when set. Add balance of mixture and let set in refrigerator till firm.
(After adding the initial gelatin to mold, leave the rest of gelatin mixture at room temperature on the counter while the gelatin already in mold is setting in the refrigerator. This is so it does not firmly set.)
