1 cup frozen strawberry 2 bananas 1/2 cup baby carrot 1/3 cup yogurt 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon honey
Blend the milk, yogurt, and honey together. Break the bananas into pieces and blend. Add the strawberries one or two at a time and use the ice crush setting. You may need to stop and stir to make sure the strawberries aren't jammed in the blade. Once all the strawberries are blended, add the carrots and blend until smooth.
