2 c sifted confectioner's sugar
1 c peanut butter
3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c soft butter
1 c Rice Krispies
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
12 oz pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (2.5") square paraffin wax (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix until well blended. Add rice krispies to mixture. Roll into balls and chill for one hour.

Place unsweetened chocolate, chocolate morsels and wax (if using) in a double boiler top over simmering water. Heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Removed from heat, but leave double boiler top over water. Using fork or toothpick, dip balls in chocolate quickly, letting excess drip off. Place on waxed paper on baking sheets. Chill for at least one hour or until the chocolate has hardened.

Personal Notes: Note (from Liz) - I don't use the paraffin was when I make these. And, I usually just melt the chocolate right over the direct heat of the stove, in a non-stick pan. I haven't had any issues doing it this way.
