3 green and red peppers (sliced)
1 large onion, sliced
1 large can tomato puree
4 tablespoons chili sauce relish
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet green pickle relish
dash of salt and pepper
6-10 shakes cayenne pepper sauce

1 cup chopped mozzarella cheese
1//3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In oil or butter, fry green and/or red peppers and onion. Add tomato puree, chili sauce relish, sweet green pickle relish, dash of salt & pepper, cayenne pepper sauce. Simmer until all ingredients are well blended.
Just before serving, heat above mixture, and add a mixture of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese combined.
Serve over hot dogs, hamburgers, or sausage.
