1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 C. warm water
1 C. milk, scalded
1 C. mashed potatoes (instant -no salt)
1/2 C. shortening
1/4 C. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
5-6 C. flour
Filling:
1 lg. orange rind grated
1/2 C. sugar
3/4 square butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine milk, potatoes and shortening. Add eggs and yeast. Add 1 1/2 cup flour and beat well. cover and let stand 1 hour. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups of remaining flour. Knead. Refrigerate overnight. Let set at room temperature 1 1/2 hour before rolling out. Roll out and spread with filling. Roll dough, cinnamon roll style, cut and place in greased muffin tins. Let rise 1 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes. minutes.
