1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 cup wine (white merlot is best), beer, or apple juice
1 large garlic clove, pressed
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
4 oz cream cheese
Assorted dippers (Bread, vegetables, pretzels)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for dippers, in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 3-4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until smooth. When mixture is smooth, it is ready to serve. This looks great served in a bread bowl.
