2 Lg. Jalepenos
1 bag of sliced raw carrots
1 bundle of Cilantro
1 Lg. white onion
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer and dissolve vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over chopped onion, carrots, jalepenos and cilantro.
Let steep.

This mixture will last for 2 months. Serve with warm butter tortillas or serve with cheese sauce and chips.
