2 1/2 C. chicken, cooked and diced
1 C. onion, chopped fine
3/4 C. butter
1 qt. half & half
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. potato, peeled and diced
3/4 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables in pan and add just enough water to cover. Bring to boil and simmer until tender, approx. 15 minutes. Do not drain. Melt butter in large pot and add flour. Add half & half cream and cook over medium heat until it has thickened. Add the cooked, undrained vegetables and cooked chicken. Add the seasonings and heat over low until warm.
