1 Head of Cabbage ( About 2 1/2 pounds)
2 teas. salt
2 T. flour
2 T sugar
1/8 teas. pepper
3 T. butter
1 cup of hot milk
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13 dish. Discard outer leaves from cabbage; wash cabbage head; cut into 12 wedges. Pour 1 cup of water in large skillet; bring to boiling. Add 1 teas. salt and cabbage. Cook over medium heat, covered, 10 min. Drain well. Arrange cabbage in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of flour, sugar, 1 teas. salt, and pepper. Dot with butter. Pour hot milk over cabbage; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered, 35 minutes
