3 cans Pastene "Kitchen-Ready" tomatoes
2 cans water
chopped garlic - 5 or 6 cloves
chopped parsley - 3/4 cup
1 can tomato paste
1 cup burgandy wine
1 pork chop
salt pork

Directions:
Directions:
Fry salt pork over low heat in large sauce pan. Add chopped garlic and brown 20 seconds(watch this as it burns fast).
Remove garlic and salt pork.
Add 3 cans of tomatoes and 2 cans water. Simmer about 1 hour to reduce some of the water.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for several hours.
I usually cook this for at least 3 hours on very low heat.

This is a recipe my friend Peg from Rhode Island gave me; thus the name "Gravy"!!!!
