1 lb. bacon (can use bacon bits)
6-10 potatoes
1/2 C. water
1/4 C. butter
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry, drain, break bacon into small pieces. Cut potatoes in small cubes, put in 9x13 baking dish. Pour water over potatoes. Melt butter, pour over potatoes. Mix in bacon bits. Sprinkle spices over potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
