1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts
2 eggs
2 T. water
1 1/2 C. potato flakes
1/2 C. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large zip bag combine first 5 ingredients. Add chicken and shake to coat. In shallow bowl beat eggs and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in potato flakes. Melt butter & put in 9x13 baking pan. Add chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken bake another 30 minutes.
