1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 t. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, cheese, egg, milk, garlic salt, and pepper. Form into balls (big golf-ball size) and place in 8x8 inch baking dish. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spoon over top of meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
