8 ounces bacon, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 rounded tsp prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 scallions, chopped
2 rounded tsp. horseradish (optional)
1/2 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown bacon over medium heat. Drain on paper towels. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Swiss cheese, scallions and horseradish (if using) with bacon. Place mixture in small baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly at edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Place dip on platter and surround with bread and vegetables.
